Ingredients

  • 1 cups multigrain flour


  • 1 cups finely chopped methi


  • 1 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds


  • 1 tbsp saunf


  • 2 tbsp grated garlic


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp dhania jeera powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 3 tbsp pil to cook thepla

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients mention above in a bowl and knead a soft dough with needed water. Make equal portion and make balls after giving 15-minutes rest.
  • Roll very thin Thepla all together and cook one by one applying oil both sides on fast flame.
  • Serve Healthy, Tasty Gujarati 's famous Methi Bhaji lahsuni Thepla with Raita.
